Before Contacting Support
- Restart Bunnyhop and confirm the problem happens again.
- Install the newest store version available for your platform.
- Disconnect and reconnect controllers before launching the game.
- On phones and tablets, allow landscape rotation and check that system rotation lock is not forcing portrait.
Controls
Bunnyhop supports keyboard and controller input on desktop. Mobile builds use landscape touch controls and also support compatible controllers. Apple TV support, including a Siri Remote-only control profile, is currently in development.
Local Save Data
Bunnyhop progress is stored locally. The game does not require an Oddbrd account and does not currently synchronize saves between devices. Uninstalling the game or clearing application storage can permanently remove progress.
Privacy And Data Removal
The game does not send save data or player analytics to Oddbrd. To remove game data, use your platform's application-storage controls or uninstall Bunnyhop. For support-email deletion requests, contact privacy@oddbrd.com.
